Client Account Specialist

Location: Honolulu, HI

Responsible to develop and manage business relationships with customers resulting in long-term client retention. Liaise between customers and internal teams, ensuring the delivery of timely and effective solutions according to customer needs and improving the entire customer experience.

Day-to-day activities include:

  1. Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.
  2. Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
  3. Ensuring all new clients are setup and trained on our portal, including follow up training as needed.
  4. Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts as needed.
  5. Achieving client relationship targets and KPI’s as set by the Department Manager and Director of Operations.
  6. Working closely with Sales Executives.
  7. Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
  8. Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
  9. Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.
  10. Updating the CRM per policy to ensure transparency throughout the organization.
  11. Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.

Sales

Location: Honolulu, HI

The Ikehu Sales Representative will curate and develop potential community partners across the Hawaiian Islands.

  1. Identify and qualify new account opportunities through professional, dedicated prospecting, industry shows, and cold-calling.
  2. Actively research industry news, products, and changes to adapt services and offerings accordingly.
  3. Act as a key resource for current and future community partners on equipment, services, and specialized programs offered by Ikehu.
  4. Work with technical and operations teams to develop solutions and special programs for potential clients.
  5. Visit prospective community partners to inspect facilities and assist in system design to accomplish their needs.
  6. Base Pay + Commission, bonuses offered for meeting quarterly & annual goals.
  7. Must currently reside in the greater Honolulu Area.

Meter Technician

Location: Honolulu, HI

The Meter Technician I will be actively involved in the planning, administration, inspection, and maintenance of the utility metering systems installed or to be installed with our community partners. Will act as the primary meter reading expert to ensure accurate and timely records are made for use by the Operations team. Day-to-day activities include:

    1. Visit job sites during working hours to read necessary meters while following safety guidelines.
    2. Regularly inspect and troubleshoot digital meter reading systems, identifying inaccurate or nonfunctional.
    3. Work both individually and in a team environment to complete objectives within the department and the organization.
    4. Demonstrate sound judgment with the ability to make decisions and corrections when performing field work to maintain a safe environment.
    5. Ensure all products repaired/assembled meet the quality standards in accordance with procedures, engineering specifications, drawings, and work instructions.

Customer Service Representative

Location: Honolulu, HI

Ikehu Utility Solutions, a Honolulu-based Utility Billing and Submetering Company, has an exciting job opening for Customer Service. We are looking for an organized people-person who values relationships and enjoys working in a fast- paced environment. This person is comfortable working both as part of a team and independently, is an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, and is experienced working with the Microsoft Office Suite. The Customer Service Representative is comfortable with extensive telephone work with both inbound/outbound call routing and data entry in a structured call center. The ideal candidate will have prior customer service and call center experience, preferable in the Multifamily Utility Billing and Submetering Industry.

Duties of the Customer Service Representative

  1. Answer inbound customer calls and respond promptly to customer emails and tickets
  2. Handle and resolve customer complaints
  3. Perform customer verification and record details of actions taken
  4. Process payments, forms, applications, and requests
  5. Maintain customer databases and follow up on customer interactions
  6. Organize workflow to meet department timeframes
  7. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  8. Meet the departmental goals of timeliness and accuracy to maintain company standards
  9. Evaluate effectiveness of and provide feedback on the efficiency of the payment processing

Qualifications and Experience

  1. 1-2 years of Customer Service Experience Required
  2. Excellent written and oral presentation skills
  3. Utility Billing work experience is a plus
  4. Strong problem solving and trouble-shooting skills
  5. Solid work ethic and high level of professional integrity
  6. Excellent customer service skills
  7. Highly-organized and detail-oriented
  8. Able to multi-task and work effectively under pressure in both team setting and individually
  9. Able to work both individually and in a team environment

Billing Analyst

Location: Honolulu, HI

Billing analysts are responsible and committed to generate utility billing for national clients, ensuring accurate and effective billing of all contracted services, including billing analysis, reporting, and resident invoicing using various resources and company specific software.

Day-to-day activities include:

  1. Work closely with multiple teams to set up, and complete accurate and timely billing using a variety of tools and company specific software.
  2. Support Account Management and Customer Service regarding billing questions and reporting needs
  3. Create and maintain outstanding internal and external relationships through timely and informative communication and follow-through
  4. Meet departmental goals of timeliness and accuracy to maintain company standards
  5. Work both individually and in a team environments to complete objectives within the department and the organization
